Celebrating a Milestone: Interviews with 100 Users
At Please, working directly with users is fundamental to our process. This week we are celebrating a milestone: working with 100 research participants.
When it comes to developing products, there is no replacement for actually talking to people. Deeply understanding people, along with their goals and hurdles, is really the only way to be sure that the product finds a fit in the market.
Over the course of 100 research participants, we were able to validate Please’s core value proposition, dial in the features and interface, and deliver a quality product experience through constant refinement.
Demetrius Madrigal led all of our research efforts, including adapting traditional UX research methods to fit a weekly iterative schedule (through collaboration with friends like Josh LaMar at Amplinate). That allowed us to move with tremendous speed and flexibility.
Through the process, we were able to connect with and develop relationships with amazing creatives like Josh LaFayette, Monica Justesen, and Tony Washington, who are just a few of the 100 people who have helped us bring Please to where it is today.
This milestone is our moment to give thanks to each and everyone one of those 100 people who provided us their time and insight. Please is built for you!
